The products that we sell are AAA parallel imports. They will come in the same box and bottle as the originals and they will smell similar.
Our products cannot be compared to the originals as they are parallel imports and they are sold at a much cheaper price.

Urban Scents is a business in the fragrances industry that sells perfumes and colognes to the South African market.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 working days and delivery confirmed by way of fastway couriers.
3. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by Urban Scents is subject to availability. Please read our refund policy for further information about refunds and returns for products.

Urban Scents shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal

Card transactions will be acquired for (Your Company) via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African
Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the

7. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by Storm Scents separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For

8. Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is

These are AAA grade Parallel imported / Factory rejected Perfumes which are Boxed and sealed in their original Packaging.
*PLEASE DO NOT COMPARE THESE PERFUMES TO THOSE YOU WOULD FIND IN YOUR LOCAL STORE.* Some Perfume may have older packaging than the newer available ones in retail stores, as designs are improved frequently.
No claims are made on these products and no false promises. They are to be ordered and bought at one’s own discretion. They are ideal as gifts or presents and at prices like these, affordable for everyday use.
In certain cases, small defects may be present (damage to boxes or loose/broken/dented caps or small scratches, colour variance), but in most cases they are 100 % perfect. We can also not do refunds on these small defects.
They look and smell like the original Perfume that you know and love. At times the concentrate or smell may differ slightly due to different Manufacturing outlets
If that is an issue, then please rather buy from your Retailer at the full retail price. These are ideal for everyday use, and much affordable. We have very happy customers, that purchase from us continuously.
